From the Ottawa Airport

The road leading out of the Ottawa International Airport is the Airport Parkway. Follow the Airport Parkway for approximately 2.7 km to the Hunt Club Road exit. Turn left (west) and follow Hunt Club Road approximately 13 km to Highway 416.

To get to Hank and Anita's House take Highway 416 South 48 km to Exit 24 Oxford Station Road (County Road 20) and follow the "To Hank and Anita's House - Ccoming from the north" directions below.

To get to Shanliwood Baptist Church take Highway 416 South 60 km to Exit 12 Shanly Road (County Road 21) and follow the "To Shanliwood Baptist Church - Coming from the north" directions below.

A note about exit numbers and road signs in Ontario. The exit numbers are the distance in kilometers measured from the start of the higway. The Hunt Club Road exit number is 72. The County Road 20 exit is number 24. You subtract those numbers to get the distance between the signs. If you want to know how far you are from your exit look for a small rectangular green sign with a number on the right hand side of the road. That sign marks the distance from the start of the highway. If the green sign you are passing reads 34.0 then you are 10 km from Exit 24.

From the Brockville Train Station

Exiting the train station turn right onto Perth Street. Drive north on Perth Street .65 km to Central Avenue W. Approaching Central Avenue West stay in the second to right hand lane and turn right (east) onto Central Avenue West into the right hand lane. Drive 90 m on Central Avenue West and turn left (north) onto Steward Boulevard and immediately move into the right hand lane. Drive 180 m on Stewart Boulevard and take the 401 East exit to the 401. Drive east on 401 for 25 km until you reach Exit 721 for 416 North (exit 721 is a sweeping full speed ramp so don't slow down too much or you'll irritate the locals.) Take 416 North to Exit 21 for Shanley Road and follow the directions below for your destination.

From National Car Rental in Brockville

Exiting National Car Rental turn right (south) on Stewart Boulevard. Drive south on Stewart Boulevard 1.75 km to the 401 East ramp (you will pass OVER the 401 then take the first ramp on the right. Don't take the exit before you cross over the highway or you'll be going west.) Drive east on 401 for 25 km until you reach Exit 721 for 416 North (exit 721 is a sweeping full speed ramp so don't slow down too much or you'll irritate the locals.) Take 416 North to Exit 21 for Shanley Road and follow the directions below for your destination.

To Hank and Anita's House

Coming from the north, get off 416 southbound at Exit 24 Oxford Station Road (Country Road 20) and turn left (east) on Oxford Station Road. At County Road 44 turn right (south) and drive about 10 km until you hit a T intersection at Ventnor Road. Turn left (east) on Ventnor road and drive just under 1 km. We're number 2025 on the right (south) side of Ventnor Road.

Coming from the south, get off 416 northbound at Exit 12 County Road 21. Turn left (west) on County Road 21. At the T intersection with County Road 44 turn right (north). Drive through Spencerville and head out along County Road 44. About 3 km out of town you will hit a crossroads with a sign indicating County Road 44 and Ventnor road. Turn right onto Ventnor Road and drive 1.3 km. We're number 2025 on the right (south) side of Ventnor Road.

Park as far up the driveway as you can. There will be a few cars in the driveway.

We'll figure out where everyone is staying on Friday night and see if there are any car pooling opportunities to reduce the number of vehicles in the driveway and on the road.

To Shanliwood Baptist Church

Coming from the north, get off 416 southbound at Exit 12 Shanly Road. Turn right (east) on County Road 21 Shanly Road and drive about 5 km to 1803 County Road 21 on the right (south) side of Shanly Road.

Coming from the south, get off 416 southbound at Exit 12 Shanly Road. Turn right (east) on County Road 21 Shanly Road and drive about 4 km to 1803 County Road 21 on the right (south) side of Shanly Road.

From Shanliwood Baptist Church to Hank and Anita's House

Turn left (west) onto County Road 21 and drive 1.5 km to Miller Road. Turn right (north) onto Miller Road and drive 950 m to the bend where the road turns to gravel. Follow the bend to the right and drive another 1.7 km to the intersection with Ventnor Road. Turn left (west) on Ventnor Road and drive 600 m to number 2025 on the left (south) side of Ventnor Road.

From Hank and Anita's House to Shanliwood Church

Turn right (east) onto Ventnor Road and drive 600 m to Miller Road. Turn right (south) on Miller Road and drive 1.7 km on the gravel road to the bend where the pavement begins. Follow the bend to the left and drive another 950 m to County Road 21. Turn left (east) on County Road 21 and drive 1.5 km to number 1803 on the right (south) side of County Road 21.
